Ø Assets with attached employment through the project.
Ø Investor equity covered by the conservative scrap value of the asset.
Ø Project revenue secured with 1st class counterparties basis bareboat /dry leases.
Ø Dry leases ensure insulation from market cycles.
Ø Equity invited and mixed with reputed investors.
Ø Defined exit strategy, or open hedge structures to suit all.
Ø Focus largely on counter party risk, and conservative asset values.
Ø Returns are risk adjusted.
Older vessel / limited risk / high dividend return/ low sale proceeds.
Younger vessel / low risk / low dividend return / high sale proceeds or re-employ.
