DND Shipping Pvt Ltd was created as a private limited company under the Indian companies to act as an SPV for purchasing shipping assets. The company was incorporated in September 2010 and soon established corporate banking relations with one of the largest banks in the country. Within 2 months the company was also able to draw out term sheets for vessel purchases with attractive terms that would make the purchase strategy a monopoly idea in a bottomed off market.
We are today looking to add value to prospective end users of imported energy products, such as coal, oil and gas. We would look to engage our clients in looking at vertical integration for their business, with
